the fantasy honest.

KindaBought lets eligible users browse products, add them to a cart, and complete a simulated checkout. A shopper order does not create a real purchase, payment, shipment, return, reservation, or contract for goods.

Simulated checkout never asks for a real card number or a real shipping address. It uses a fixed fictional Kinda Card and generated fictional address details.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and comply with these terms and the Community Guidelines. We may restrict or end an account that violates them.

Shopping is free. Operating a brand requires an optional paid Creator or Pro membership. Membership charges are real, are processed by Stripe, and are separate from every simulated shopper checkout.

Membership status controls publishing, storage, and dashboard access. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, a brand is unpublished and its dashboard becomes read-only. Recoverable data is retained for 30 days, then uploaded assets are scheduled for deletion while anonymized aggregate metrics may remain.

You are responsible for the products, images, text, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We use automated checks and community reports, and may reject, hide, remove, or restrict content under our policies.

Brand metrics describe simulated purchase intent—not actual sales, revenue, inventory, or fulfillment demand. Receipt shares are optional and revocable; shared receipts omit personal information by design.
