• Your name, organization, role, and a verified way to contact you.
• A precise link or product identifier for each item you want reviewed.
• A description of the right you own or are authorized to enforce.
• Evidence or a good-faith explanation supporting the request.
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Requests arrive in KindaBought's managed rights-holder inbox. We connect valid requests to the relevant content, record the outcome, and may hide content while reviewing it, request more information, remove it, or restore it as appropriate.

KindaBought keeps source and authorization records for catalog content, including where it came from, when it was reviewed, and its takedown status. We do not bypass authentication, paywalls, or technical access controls when researching products, and we remove content when the publisher cannot demonstrate the right to use it.
