• Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized youth.
• Threats, targeted harassment, hateful or extremist content, violence promotion, self-harm encouragement, or illegal, dangerous, regulated, or controlled goods and services.
• Personal data, contact details, payment data, crypto-wallet addresses, suspicious links, malware, scams, or instructions to move payment off-platform.
• Counterfeit claims, deceptive affiliation, rights-infringing imagery or copy, deceptive pricing, or content you do not have permission to publish.
• Any attempt to turn a simulated shopper order into a real payment, shipping, fulfillment, or off-platform transaction.

Private drafts move through automated file, text, and image checks before publication. We check for contact, payment, link, and external-transaction patterns, alongside automated text and image classification. A pass is not a legal permission or authenticity guarantee. Verified-account reports can hide a published product after policy thresholds are reached. A brand owner can edit rejected or hidden content and submit it again; urgent removals, restoration, bans, and rights-holder actions follow KindaBought's recorded safety process.

Publish only images and copy you created or are authorized to use. Describe a simulated product accurately, choose the most fitting category, and never promise real inventory, payment, fulfillment, delivery, resale, returns, or customer support. Variants are simulated options, not stock.
